Our Story
About Living Bliss
Living Bliss exists to guide seekers toward lasting inner peace through authentic meditation, yoga, and Vedantic wisdom — offered with warmth, integrity, and deep respect for tradition.
Living Bliss began as a small weekly meditation circle and has grown into a warm, welcoming community of seekers, teachers, and practitioners. We believe that the ancient wisdom of meditation, yoga, and Vedanta is not reserved for monks in the Himalayas — it belongs to anyone willing to sit quietly, breathe deeply, and look within.
Our approach blends authentic, tradition-rooted teaching with the practical needs of modern life. Whether you are taking your very first breath of mindful awareness or deepening a decades-long practice, our programs, retreats, and resources meet you exactly where you are.
What We Believe
- Authenticity over trends. Our teachings are rooted in genuine scriptural and contemplative traditions.
- Accessibility for all. Inner peace should not be gated by income, background, or experience.
- Community as practice. Growth happens together — in circles, retreats, and shared silence.
Today, Living Bliss offers programs in meditation, yoga, and Vedanta study, hosts retreats and community events, and publishes resources to support daily practice — all guided by teachers dedicated to walking the path alongside you.
